We want you to love your purchase from Alex B Gift. If you’re not satisfied, we offer the following return and refund options.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned if:

• They are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
• The item is not a custom or personalized product (which are non-returnable unless defective).

How to Return

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide a return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving return approval.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable unless defective:

• Customized or personalized items.
• Gift cards.
• Items marked as final sale.
